The Parliamentary Section 89 Panel of Independent Experts has found that President Cyril Ramaphosa has a case to answer regarding the Phala Phala farm theft saga in 2020.
With the information presented to it, the panel concluded that President Cyril Ramaphosa may have violated the constitution or the law and committed serious misconduct.
The Panel found that there is prima facie evidence that the president has a case to answer to parliament.
