A manhunt is underway for a gunman who opened fire inside a tram in the Dutch city of Utrecht. The incident took place at around 10:45 a.m. local time at the 24 Oktoberplein junction, police said. Authorities are considering "a possible terrorist motive" for the shooting. “Crisis team is activated," tweeted PJ Aalbersberg, national coordinator for security and counterterrorism.
