Corasol is one-of-a-kind...a master-planned community of nearly 500 acres on the edge of Playa del Carmen, on Mexico’s stunning Caribbean coast.

This community boasts incredible amenities including a 18-hole Nick Price golf course and access to what I believe to be the best beach in Playa. Homes here list for $2 million or more. But RETA members had the chance to own two-bed condos in The Village at Corasol from just $258,600.

This was a screaming deal. When I checked recently, prices had already increased by as much as 67% compared to what RETA members paid. (Indeed, I just paid $3,000 to stay for nine days in The Village.)

We also had our Punta Laguna deal at Corasol, where I bought alongside RETA members for the incredible price from just $228,600 for two-bed, two-bath condos. I expect these condos to be worth $370,000 three years after delivery—a gain of $141,400.

I recorded this video to share my experiences of staying in Corasol and to give you a firsthand look at everything it offers. I also traveled the short distance into Playa to offer some insights on this booming beach destination.
