Delhi is all set for the second phase of the odd even scheme that comes into effect from 8 AM of 15th April. Around 2000 police will man various crossings in the National capital to ensure people adhere to the odd even formula aimed to bring down pollution and decrease the traffic menace. Additionally more than 5000 volunteers from the Civil Defence Force will also be on the streets to ensure strict adherence to the policy.
