WATCH WITH SOUND!
Niagara Falls.... those 2 words make you think of beautiful and breathtaking waterfalls. But did you know that there are so many other things to do in the area? In this video we are going to take a look at 3 of those things. 2 are absolutely FREE and the 3rd is only a nominal fee.
The first place is the Whirlpool State Park. The views are absolutely amazing and it’s completely FREE! There are scenic overlooks, as well as hiking trails.

The second place is Third Street Art Alley. This is art meets community meets function. The murals on both walls are beautiful. Each one is completely different than the next. The area that the alley is in also has some great eateries and other cute shops.

The third place is Fort Niagara. Fort Niagara has an incredible history that spans the Native Americans, French, British, and US governments. They offer several different live demonstrations throughout the day that give you an idea of life at the fort. There is a small fee for the Fort, but it’s definitely worth it.

Don’t get me wrong, the Falls are absolutely amazing! But don’t make the mistake of thinking that’s all there is. Venture beyond Niagara State Park and explore the area. You won’t regret it!
