The renovation of an existing warehouse punctuated by moments of intimacy and refuge while also pursuing drama through its double height glory. Paying homage to the vibrant and diverse community of St Peters its dominant facade is broken down and opened up to the adjacent park. Giving back to the park a commissioned artwork to the whole facade replaces the previously bland and unbroken elevation.
