Ingredients:
- 1kg pork belly
- 150g meigan cai
- 2 small hot chillies
- Cooked green peas
- Roasted almond flakes
- Cooked quinoa rice
Seasonings:
- Gluten-free soy sauce
- Gluten-free dark soy sauce
- Gluten-free Chinese cooking wine
- Gluten-free mushroom seasoning
- Olive oil
Gluten-free seasonings are available in supermarkets or online. The meigan cai used is Shaoxing meigan cai, or can be substituted for Guangdong meigan cai.
