Notable, Mars in Cancer opposes Pluto in Capricorn both at the anorectic degree, 29 adding a lot of culminating energy to powerful endings, & ruthlessness. Fixed star Arcturus culminates at 10 Scorpio and positively influences this new moon as it represents a leader seeking a better life for all- this is especially emphasized as it also conjuncts the Sun @ this New Moon in Scorpio.
