Part of the new MKitchen range from Morrisons, Aldo Zilli's Pizza Calabrese is a fantastic pizza named after the Calabria region of Italy. It uses two Italian specialty sausages, N'duja and Salsiccia. Aldo recommends finishing the pizza with a handful of rocket and serving with a salad dressed with lemon and olive oil.
