The Thohoyandou High Court in Limpopo has cautioned lawyers in the murder trial of three Radzuma siblings, accused of killing two SAMWU leaders, to avoid unnecessary cross-examinations as it delayed proceedings. Simon, Percy and Ndivhuwo Radzuma are accused of killing Ronald Mani and Timson Musetsho. The two SAMWU leaders were outspoken about municipalities investing public funds in the now defunct VBS Mutual bank. The trial is in the High Court sitting in the Waterval magistrate's court.
