In this video I will show you how to pasteurize egg at home without using food thermometer.
Since raw eggs can carry salmonella bacteria, using pasteurized eggs is safer. Pasteurized eggs has been partially sterilized, eliminating the risk of causing food-borne illness.

How to Pasteurize Eggs:
1. Use fresh eggs instead of old.
2. Bring the eggs to room temperature for 30 minutes (its not 30 seconds as shown on the video ☺️ i got typed it wrong, my apology ✌️)
3. Place the egg in the saucepan of water.
4. Slow heat the water.
5. Maintain the temperature for 3 minutes.
6. Rinse the eggs with cold or running water.
7. Store it in the fridge or use it right away.
Now you can make your own mayonnaise, icing or even vietnamese coffee without getting the risk of salmonella.
