On Tuesday, January 24, 2012, at 3 a.m., a man approached a 47−year−old woman in the
hallway of an apartment building in the Shuter Street/Parliament Street area.

- the man engaged the woman in a conversation

- the man and woman went into one of the apartments, where the man sexually
assaulted the woman

Updated description

The man is described as being 5'6", dark hair, skinny build, tan complexion
wearing a red hooded sweat shirt, dark coloured shirt with white lettering, blue
jeans
