Peer code reviews are an integral part in code collaboration. It's an invaluable tool for keeping a code base clean and at the same time contributing to the development of yourself as a developer and your colleagues. There are various reasons why we dread peer code reviews; the amount of time they take, subjective opinions or the fear of not being good enough. This talk is aimed to address this.
