Standing Reset is Day 1 of the Reset Challenge.
This invigorating, dynamic flow acts as a reset button to clear out old energy, and leave you feeling lighter, stronger and more present.
Enjoy a full body standing flow beginning with mobility movements, a warm-up of the chest, shoulders and spine, forward folds and side body stretches.
Improve your balance with postures such as high lunge twist + reverse, standing splits, balancing warrior III and standing pigeon.
Other asanas include warrior II, reverse, triangle, high lunge, pyramid, chair, wide legged forward fold and yogi squat. Return to this practice whenever you need a physical + energetic reset.
