1. Poha / White flattened rice - 3 cups
2. Sunflower Oil - 3 tbsp
3. Raw peanuts / Groundnuts - 1/2 cup
4. Cashew nuts - 10 - 12 Nos
5. Almonds - 10 Nos
6. Roasted gram - 1/2 cup
7. Dried coconut slices - 2 tbsp
8. White sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
9. Few curry leaves
10. Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
11. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
12. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
13. Asafoetida - 2 pinches
14. Salt to taste
15. Chat masala - 1/4 tsp
16. Powdered sugar - 2 tsp
