Pamilcan Island is an island in the town of Baclayon, Bohol. The island is known for its white sandy beaches and its clear seawater. It is also a place for sightseeing for dolphins.

The island has its marine sanctuary where you can swim and snorkel along the coral garden and the sea turtle.

Pamilacan island is generally peaceful and quiet with the people living there are very hospitable.
