A westbound LIRR double decker passenger train headed to Jamaica passes by the Wellwood Ave railroad crossing in Lindenhurst NY. The first gen WCH mechanical bell here sounds like it is starting to die as it sounds rough, but I do not think it's dying because it has sounded like this for a good amount of years.
