Bibb County School Board member Lester Miller said, "We've reached that point where in the days coming that we're going to find out the truth of what happened back in 2012," after federal judge Marc Treadwell denied a request to stay the lawsuit filed by Bibb County Schools against former superintendent Romain Dallemand, technology company head Isaac Culver and others stemming from an alleged fraudulent technology sale to the school district.
