For some reason my ipad cut out after the first recording, so I started it up again as soon as I discovered the issue.
Commissioners Keith Kelly, Dan Brenner, & Mark Pruett were present. Only Pruett turned on his microphone for the whole morning. County counselor, Todd Luckman, had his microphone on for a portion of the earlier meeting. Tara is substituting for county clerk Kristie Richter. Seated in the public area: Newly elected Linda Gerhardt, Holton Recorder reporter Ali Holcomb. HALO/NextEra rep, Matt, shows up a little later and leaves after the commissioners talk about "special permit" 3A that Todd hands out.

**38 minutes into the Youtube live video, Todd talks about "contracts for all public defenders..." and I have no idea what they are discussing.
**Todd turns on his microphone at 9.29 am but I do not think he had it on during the whole meeting. Bad angle for me to know for sure.
8 minutes into Todd talking, these are terms that I heard but still couldn't figure out the exact topic: wages, timesheet, different clients. And the statement from Kelly that "in 2025 they could look at the data"....."very few homes in contract...."

8.40 Kelly: Federal regulation legislation that has been written; he wants money to make up for the lost taxes due to the tribe purchasing land that is then no longer taxed.

1.14 Tara's alarm goes off. Recess ended?? (11.32 am); I think in the Youtube video Kelly barely announces that recess has ended. It should be in the timestamp area below that December 2, 2024, video.
