A part of a nearly 200-year-old mosque has been demolished in India. The district administration said the mosque was located on the Banda-Fatehpur road in the city of Fatehpur in Uttar Pradesh. Fatehpur, UP's 200-year-old Noori Jama Masjid is being demolished with 5 bulldozers. It is being removed for highway widening.The mosque's committee has filed a petition in the court regarding this. The hearing on this is to be held on December 13.
