The Constitutional Court has once again dealt the Department of Home
Affairs a big blow.
It found that some sections of the Immigration Act of 2002 are
inconsistent with the Constitution.
The matter stems from a case of two persons who, according to the Act,
must leave South Africa after separating with their partners.
