Our new Minerva Exclusive range of viscose jersey is a knitted fabric that is stretchy, drapey and super soft. It's made from 92% viscose and 8% elastane which gives it a whopping 80% stretch across the width (from selvedge to selvedge) and 60% stretch down the length of the fabric.
It is soft, silky and has plenty of drape, making this fabric the perfect choice for sewing tops, dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, culottes and more!
At 220 grams per square metre, this fabric is classed as a medium weight. The fabric is opaque and should not require lining. We recommend sewing this fabric with a new ballpoint needle for best results.
