Both has their pros and cons but the list of cons for a realtor is a lot longer than an investor. But the number one pro for an investor, is the passive income that pays you monthly for the rest of your life.
Being a real estate agent, you have to find the next, which is called active income. And over time, you can get burnt out chasing the next deal, month after month.
I don’t know about you but I want my money working for me and me not working for it.
