Petoskey, Michigan. BEST Lake Michigan Town is Petoskey, Michigan and we stayed at Magnus Park Campground with our RV. Petoskey is a must stop in Michigan plus staying at Magnus Park Campground is awesome!! Magnus Park Campground in Petoskey is very close to the downtown area of Petoskey.

After visiting Charlevoix, we drove to Petoskey and stayed 2 nights at site #15 of Magnus Park Campground. When Scott was backing into our RV site. the electric and water was on the wrong side of the RV. Plus the site wasn't level but we figured it out and all was good at the end. The view made up for the site being difficult. It was one of my favorite views and it didn't disappoint. We would love it if you would support our channel by subscribing!!
Once settled in, we walked along the water and saw a really cute church called St. Francis Solanus Indian Mission. We stopped to enjoy the views of Bayfront Park plus the views of the downtown area of Petoskey was really nice!! We could also see the Petoskey Pierhead Lighthouse from the marina of Bayfront Park. Scott was able to get some gorgeous drone video of this area!! We then headed to the quaint Petoskey Gaslight district. It is lit with vintage-looking gaslight street lamps, the boulevards are lined with charming little stores, boutiques and art galleries. We absolutely loved the vibe of this downtown area with all the gaslight lampposts. We walked around the area and checked out all the shops.
Petoskey is where Kilwins Ice Cream started and you can take a tour of Kilwins. Unfortunately, we weren't able to take a tour because of Covid.
On the way back to the campground, we walked along the water and found a small cute waterfall and park. It was a perfect place to take some drone video!!
The next day we rode our Ebikes along the trail from Petoskey to a very cute town called Bay Harbor. We checked out the absolutely huge and gorgeous Inn at Bay Harbor. We bought some drinks and ice cream and enjoyed it sitting outside on the patio by Lake Michigan. It was a beautiful day to enjoy this stunning view. If you don't have an RV. this hotel is a must stay!!

Scott surprised me with a hard bike ride up some hills to Odawa Casino Resort. We gambled for a little bit and then rode the bikes to Johan's Pastry Shop for some delicious donuts. Later on we had a delicious dinner at Duffy's Garage & Grille in the Gaslight district.
