1 cup Gund (Gum)
2 cup Lotus seeds (pool mkhana)
2 cup Almonds
1 cup each: Pistachio, Cashew, Walnuts, Fennel seeds, Sunflower seeds, Sesame seeds, Charmaghz, Flax seeds, Crushed Coconut.
2 tbsp Cardamom powder
600g to 1000g Dasi Gur (Gerry)+1 Cup Water
