Okay, it's the only keto BBQ rub I've ever made, but it seems that everyone puts the word "best" in their titles. This is a great barbecue rub, and unlike many recipes out on the web, it's sugar free.
WARNING: do not use allulose as a sweetener in this rub. Allulose has a very low browning/caramelization point (below any temp you'd typically smoke at).
It's a very straightforward recipe, so long as you make sure to mix one ingredient at a time. The original (non-keto) recipe was created by Jeff Phillips at smoking-meat.com.
