Debra Hunter went viral last year when a video of her coughing on another woman circulated online. Heather Sprague, a cancer patient, was shopping in Jacksonville, Florida, when she saw Hunter in a heated exchange with an employee. After 15 minutes, Heather began filming the incident, which angered Debra, who then walked up and coughed on Heather. Hunter has been sentenced to 30 days in jail, as well as six months of probation, a $500 fine, and was ordered to take an anger-management class. #InsideEdition
