"The destruction is everywhere." A major new investigation by Amnesty International and Airwars reveals the U.S.-led military coalition killed more than 1,600 civilians during the 2017 offensive to oust ISIS militants from the Syrian city of Raqqa. "Until now, the coalition has only admitted to roughly 10% of the civilian casualties," says Amnesty investigator Donatella Rovera.
