This is an update for the Indonesia Tsunami-Earthquake Emergency.
On Sept 28, 2018 a 7.5 magnitude earthquake devastated the cities of Palu and Donggale. Over 1500 people have been killed. Over 70,000 homes have been destroyed. Over 200,000 people are left needing urgent humanitarian aid.
Islamic Relief's local team was dispatched immediately after the quake and have since been distributing aid such as food, water, blankets, shelter, kitchen, and generators to those in need.
Our teams are in the process of transporting 37 tons of rice to the families who are affected.
