As world leaders – including Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau – wrap up the APEC forum in Peru and emerge in Brazil for the beginning of the G20 summit, talk of U.S. president-elect Donald Trump and his looming tariffs will no doubt drive the discussions.
Trump has promised to raise tariffs on all foreign goods entering the U.S, while Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Saturday that Russia's war will "end sooner" under a Trump presidency.
