banh trang nuong aka vietnamese pizza ~

This is one of my favorite snacks to make and it only takes 5 minutes! These are sold as a street food in Vietnam where they’ll grill it right in front of you. My version is anything but traditional and I usually use whatever leftover ingredients I have in my fridge at the time.

Just add rice paper to a pan on medium to medium high - no oil needed. I like to add chili oil, eggs, lots of cheese, mini sausages and greens. I also drizzle it with kewpie mayo and sriracha for creaminess. This time i paired it with lettuce and it was soo good!
