After key provisions of U.S. Senator Tim Kaine's (D-Va) Teach Safe Relationships Act were included in the Senate approved reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, he joined WVEC Norfolk to discuss how his bill will curb sexual violence by teaching students safe relationship behavior in secondary school.
