INGREDIENTS:
► Herbs/greens - basil, parsley, green onions (1.5 to 2 cups)
► Lemon juice (1/4 cup)
► Olive oil (1/4 cup)
► Rice vinegar (1 tbsp)
► Shallot (1)
► Garlic (2 cloves)
► Greek yogurt (1 cup)
► Salt (1 tsp)
► Black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
► Prep ingredients
► Combine ingredients in a blender and mix - with wet ingredients closest to the blender blade
► Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the fridge
