Inside one of the UK's not-so-secret cannabis clubs

Inside Teesside Cannabis Club, or Exhale Harm Reduction Centre, members can come and smoke cannabis to their heart's content.

But this is the UK. Cannabis remains a class b controlled substance, and possession remains punishable with up to five years in prison.

So how the hell does that work?
