Ingredients for Boiled Spaghetti:
Kolson Spaghetti 1 pack
Water (for boiling) 2 liters
Salt 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Yellow Curry:
Oil 2 tbsp
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Water 2 glasses
Kolson Khowsuey Yellow Curry Masala Mix Sachet 1 packet
Ingredients for Meat Curry:
Boneless chicken (small cubes) 300 g
Tomatoes (julienne) 1 cup
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Water 1/2 cup
Kolson Khowsuey Meat Curry Masala Mix Sachet 1 packet
Ingredients for Assembling:
Boiled spaghetti
Yellow curry
Meat curry
Fried onion (as required)
Fried garlic (as required)
Green coriander (chopped) as required
Green chilies (sliced) as required
Lemon slices as required
Papri as required
Kolson Chaat Masala as required
Directions for Boiled Spaghetti:
1. In a pot heat water and bring it to a boil. Add salt and mix it well.
2. Add Kolson Spaghetti and cook for 10-12 mins or until 80% done.
3. Drain water and rinse under cold running water. Add oil and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Yellow Curry Preparation:
4. In a bowl add yogurt, gram flour, water and mix it well.
5. Then add Kolson Khowsuey Yellow Curry Masala.
6. In a pan heat oil and add the prepared mixture to cook. Cook over low flame until it slightly thickens. Set aside.
Note: Add 2 tbsp of desiccated coconut or milk powder to make it more delicious
Directions for Meat Curry Preparation:
7. In a pan heat oil and add ginger paste, garlic paste, and cook for a few seconds.
8. Add onion and cook until starts to turn brown.
9. Now add Kolson Khowsuey Yellow Curry Masala and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes get soft.
10. Now add chicken and cook until chicken changes color. Add water and cook on high flame and add until chicken tenders and oil separates. Your Meat Curry is ready. Set aside.
Note: For Beef / Mutton add 3-4 cups of water and cook until tender. Then follow the recipe from step 2.
Directions for Assembling:
11. On a serving dish, add boiled spaghetti, yellow curry, meat curry, fried garlic, green coriander, fried onion, green chilies, lemon slice, papri and serve.
12. Delicious Kolson Khowsuey Spaghetti is ready to be served.
