In this video, I go over exactly what a "Grief Journal" is and how it is different from other types of journals. I give a brief overview of the different parts that make up a grief journal such as front cover, back cover, binder rings, enclosures, chapters, chapter tabs, pockets, journal cards, tags/bookmarks, journal pages, and art pages. I don't explain how to make these things here, but I show a few examples. There will be separate videos explaining each of these things. Here, I just wanted to give an overview, and also talk a little about the purpose of the grief journal, as well as highlight how old artwork, photos, and special momentos and memorabilia can be incorporated into your grief journal. Your Grief journal can be a combination of an art journal, junk journal, and scrap-booking journal.
