A court in Cambodia has charged four environmental activists with insulting the country's King Norodom Sihamoni and conspiracy to plotting, officials said on Monday. Three of the four activists, Sun Ratha, Ly Chandaravuth and Yim Leanghy, were arrested last week after they documented waste discharge into a city river.
