Weebly is an all in one website builder and platform. It includes everything that that you need to make a website. Website hosting, themes, e-commerce capabilities are all included when you sign up.

So far I have found Weebly to be a good website builder if you want have fine controls over the layout and design of your website. Weebly uses a drag and drop builder to help you build your website.

Even the free website site version offers lots of features, including the ability to create an online store.
