They're the first to respond after natural disasters and can mobilize in as little as 24 hours. We're talking about the men and women in uniform who bring humanitarian assistance and disaster relief around the globe. Today soldiers from the US Air Force, Japan Air Self Defense Force, and Royal Australian Air Force practiced mobilizing emergency medical infrastructure and services in Guam's neighboring island of Rota.
This was part of the joint multilateral COPE NORTH 2016 exercise which is being hosted in Guam until February 26.
