Welcome to this fun 20 minute walking workout! All exercises are low impact and the whole workout is performed in a standing position. It's easy to follow along with just 8 moves that we build upon in a ladder style. Each move will add on to the previous move until we complete all 8 exercises in order. Visual cues will also be provided on screen so you can see what move is coming next!
