Your 6 p.m. Northeast Ohio weather forecast for March 28, 2023: We're in for a calm yet cool night across NE Ohio. Temperatures will slide back near freezing, so make sure you layer up if you have any plans that require being outside.
By tomorrow, we start sunny. The morning drive will be smooth sailing...but the ride home will be different for most. By about mid-day, the clouds will be noticeably thicker which is all ahead of our next system that works in here. When does it do so? Well, not too long after clouds build throughout the morning. We've got a clipper system that'll cause a few snares briefly... because in good clipper system fashion it's out in just a few hours. Back to how this all plays out... temperatures will be mild which lead to the start of this inbound system to be rain dense. As it swings through, it drags colder air with it essentially acting as a cold front. This will also throw a wrench in the whole just rain this...a little rain/snow mix is possible as colder air overrides the warm. This only last a few hours; however, the unseasonably cool air sticks around.
High temperatures by Thursday only make it into the mid-40s... BUT it'll be sunny as can be. That's until late day clouds build ahead of our next large system that takes over Friday and Saturday bringing rain and wind.
