The City of Nanaimo would like to thank all members of the public who participated in its first e-Town Hall Budget Meeting held March 25th, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Shaw Auditorium, located at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre. The event was organized to make participation easy, either by attending in person or contributing questions and suggestions to the discussion from home using Facebook, Twitter, a website submission or by phone. Over the course of the 90 minute meeting, a total of 23 questions were answered from a combined total of 39 received questions.
