SmartSetup™ automatically locates the sample surface, configures the light level and scan length settings, and takes a measurement - all within 1 minute (typical) of placing the sample under the objective, thus improving efficiency and reducing training time.

SmartSetup™ is a standard feature on the latest generation of ZYGO 3D Optical Profilers including ZeGage™ Pro, NewView™ 9000, and Nexview™ NX2.
