I know that lots of you have been wanting me to have a little bit of a twist with my runs. Some of you have wanted me to do runs in the LIRR and Metro North. And trust me, I hear you guys out there and I want to do things for the fans, but sometimes decisions can take time the reason this decision was a little bit harder to make was because with Metro North and Long Island Railroad, there is more time and money that needs to be invested in the process. And after thinking long and hard about it, I have made the decision to start doing LIRR runs in addition to your subway runs, your subway spotting, your games and your Metro North runs in the future. In this journey, we come immediately after completing a rush-hour round-trip on the (N) Train via the (Q) Line in Manhattan. This route was a result of a schedule change in Long Island Railroad. Originally this route would only go from Atlantic Terminal. In the new schedule that was released on March 4, trains now operate to/from Penn Station only during midday hours. I will admit this is the very first time I ever went on this branch of LIRR, so I had no idea that the car I was in would not open except at West Hempstead. When I make a come back to West Hempstead, I hope to be a little bit more aware of which cars open at which stations because I am new to this. But nonetheless, I hope you like the twist that I have here to present you guys.
