A reading from the Letter of Saint Paul to the Galatians 3:22-29
But the Scripture has imprisoned all people in the power of sin, so that what was promised might be given, because of the faithfulness of Jesus Christ, to those who believe.
Before faith came, we were imprisoned by the law, locked up until faith should be revealed.
So the law was our guardian until Christ came, that we might be justified by faith.
Now that this faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian.
For in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith. As many of you who were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
There is no longer Jew or Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's offspring, heirs according to the promise. The Word of the Lord. Thanks be to God.

Let us now listen to the Responsorial Psalm 105:2-7
The response is: "Give thanks to the Lord; His love is everlasting."
Sing to Him; sing praises to Him;
tell about all His wonderful acts.
Response: Give thanks to the Lord; His love is everlasting.
Glory in His holy name;
let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice.
Response: Give thanks to the Lord; His love is everlasting.
Look to the Lord and His strength;
seek His face always.
Response: Give thanks to the Lord; His love is everlasting.
Remember the wonders He has done,
His miracles, and the judgments He pronounced,
Response: Give thanks to the Lord; His love is everlasting.
You His servants, the descendants of Abraham,
His chosen ones, the children of Jacob.
Response: Give thanks to the Lord; His love is everlasting.
He is the Lord our God;
His judgments are in all the earth.
Response: Give thanks to the Lord; His love is everlasting.
