▶ Ingredients :
● 1.2kg, Fresh Pork Leaf Fat
● Scallions and Ginger
● 100ml, Water
▶ Method :
1. Clean the pork leaf fat, and then cut them into chunks for later use.
2. In a pan, add pork leaf fat, scallions, ginger, and water. Bring it to a full boil with high heat.
3. Once the water is boiling, Turn the high to medium heat. Check and stir while boiling every 1-2 minutes.
4. Once the ginger and scallions are golden scoop out.
4. Cooking Time: 15 to 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, a relatively large amount of oil will give you that perfect brown lard. At the end of the process, you may have some more
dark brown-colored lard.
5. The pork leaf fat will be your crispy snack. Let the oil cool, use a strainer to drain, and pour it into the bottle or jar, Done!
