In this livestream, you will learn the reason behind a constant flicker in your hair particles upon rendering.

The issue lies in having the child particles set to "interpolated". Although, this works completely fine for static hair renders, for renders where you require "Hair Dynamics" to take action, you need to set the child particles to "Simple".

Along the way, we also explore some other render optimization settings and techniques that you may find helpful on your next Blender Hair render.

This process took quite some re-rendering and trial and error to get right, hope you gain some value from it.
