Welcome to my parsnip reveal of 2023! Today at the allotment I'm harvesting the first few parsnips of the season.

These parsnips have been grown in my no-dig raised bed, and have been growing away happily since March! how have they done? good or bad? watch to find out!
Parsnips are one of my favorite vegetables to grow in the garden and remind me of Christmas!

I've also included some useful tips and advice to help you guys grow some brilliant parsnips too!
