Old Fashioned, New Twists Recipes:

Pisco Old Fashioned
Build in rocks glass with ice:
• 2 dashes ANGOSTURA orange bitters
• .25 oz. -or- 8 ml. Simple Syrup
• 2 oz. -or- 60 ml. Pisco
Stir over Ice
Add 4-6 dashes ANGOSTURA aromatic bitters to create a float
Garnish with orange twist

Rum Old Fashioned
Place three thin slices of lime into the bottom of a rocks glass
Add:
• .25 oz. -or- 8 ml. Demerara Simple Syrup
• 2 Dashes ANGOSTURA aromatic bitters
• Muddle
• Add ice and
• 2 oz. -or- 60 ml. Rum (try ANGOSTURA 1824 or ANGOSTURA 1919)
Stir

Oaxaca Old Fashioned
Build in rocks glass over ice
• Barspoon of Agave Syrup
• 2 dashes ANGOSTURA aromatic bitters
• .5 oz. -or- 15 ml. Mezcal
• 1.5 oz. -or- 45 ml. Reposado Tequila
Stir
Garnish with orange twist (or lemon)
