When candidates interview for your openings there should be a status call within two business days with an update on where they stand. #Recruiters who don’t follow up with candidates will create a bad impression on themselves and the company they represent. Let’s make sure we give candidates the respect and not leave them in the dark. #Interview feedback can be tough to communicate but #candidates will appreciate knowing where they stand.
